The Milestone Big Band has been rehearsing and playing together for almost 20 years, and is more like a family than a band. Whether full-time musicians or enthusiastic amateurs, the players all share the same passion for making brilliant music and bringing heaps of energy and professionalism to every performance.
The Milestone Big Band has played for an exciting list of clients and venues including the Savoy Hotel, The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, the London 2012 Olympics Event Committee, the AmEx Stadium in Brighton, Guildford Jazz Festival, Mole Valley District Council, and Mercure Hotels UK, to name a few.

We are currently looking for an additional male singer. We are always looking for capable and enthusiastic musicians to dep for us at rehearsals and gigs. Good sight reading is key, and improvisation is very much welcomed.
The Milestone Big Band is made up of an ambitious group of like-minded, friendly musicians from Surrey and Sussex seeking to expand their musical horizons.
